Hi. This is Son Gohan. I'm sorry I missed you, but if you leave your name and a message, I promise to get back to you as soon as I can.

Erm, Gohan? You know that thing you can do where you focus your chi into physical spirit-attacks? [I'm assuming during whatever happened during the recent attacks and Gohan following Chuck around before probably getting told he could go home or go help people or however you want that to have worked out, that Charles told him about his telepathy in a bit more detail, and that Gohan showed him his own powers, sort of, to a degree.]

Well, when I go to the astral-plane, which is a place where telepaths can go, and do spiritual battle or talk or whatever while using their minds, I can do the same thing you can do. My power became a spirit sword, and I even had a suit of armor made from energy! Anyways, I was wondering...there might be a way to do this in this plane of existence as well. I'm not sure that I would be capable but when I was young I had limited telekinetic abilities, which...essentially is sort of like what you can do.

I was thinking, perhaps, you might...be able to help me? [SO going to bring this up with mods, never fear. Was thinking they could do like a year training before Chuck can even start to do basic stuff, assuming the mods are even OK with this.]
